Office hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 Eastern. Visits by appointment only: write first so someone is in. Guests on tour have their host’s cell number and a 24-hour emergency number in their travel documents.

The tour, the month, how many of you, the room type and any dietary needs or allergies. If someone in your group does not drink, or has trouble with stairs, say so in the first email; it changes which tour we suggest.
